I can recommend three books:.

High Tech Start Up, Revised and Updated: The Complete Handbook For Creating Successful New High Tech Companies, John L. Nesheim.

It is considered a classic textbook on the creation of start-ups. All stages of the detailed itemized. At the end there are examples of very well-known companies, with tables, how many who got money in the process of selling the company. Last edition was already after the bubble burst. Not painted with the procedure of finding the money, but gives a good understanding of when and what to do. This book could not be found on the Internet in electronic form, if they find someone - I will be grateful if you share a link.

Founders at Work: Stories of Startups' Early Days, Jessica Livingston.

The book contains interviews with the founders of the well-known start-ups, well reveals the problems that confronted them, and how they achieved success, overcoming them. Incidentally, the first interview with the founder of PayPal - Max. Levchin ( former resident of Kiev ). Book can be downloaded from the Internet.

The Venture Capital Cicle, Paul Gompers, Josh Lerner.

Shows in detail how the venture capital fund. For startups is very difficult to understand, but allows you to put yourself on the side of the capitalist and more efficient to look for money. In fact, textbook from MIT. Find where to download failed.

All books are on Amazon. Recommend to buy the books that were in use, they come, as new, but cost three times less.

From the online resources I can recommend.
Introduction to Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance. 0 book is free, but it is in itself contains a lot of information, which is enough for beginners to head. It was written long ago, as I understand the principle of Vicky, a few editors can make changes. I opened the case and keep on the table. In every other case where I find answers to questions.

Barn. at one time produced good benefits on how to write. Investor Presentation, Business Plan and Executive Summary. See here.

If somebody will, some other useful resources (especially Russian) - will be grateful.

note. Everything that is written is written for the construction of a global company if you are building a local project, it makes sense to you to think about whether all applicable in your case.
